As an academic journal published by Emerald in association with China Agricultural University and Chinese Association of Agricultural Economists, China Agricultural Economic Review (CAER) is delighted to announce its second annual conference, which is being organized by the CAER editorial office and International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). The theme of 2010 conference is ‘Agriculture and the Wealth of Nations’, aiming to explore the importance of agriculture as well as the relationship and interaction between agriculture and the whole economy. We hope to bring together scholars from around the world to discuss the related issues. In addition to the contributed and poster paper sessions, a number of distinguished international scholars and policy makers will also be invited to present at the conference.
