• Regional Development and Urban Ecology: Research on ecological relation of regional development and urban construction system; relation between industry elevation and urban construction; relation between enterprise development and urban evolution; relation between urban development and landscape ecology.
• Urban Development Strategies and Policies: The villages、fairs、town and city evolution, the main thread of cities’ emergence and evolution, the vicissitude of urban and rural region, industry promotion and urbanization, etc.; The overall development strategy of cities and towns; regional development strategies; urban population policy, land policy, industrial policy, the household registration management system and related policies about institution innovation; urban diversified investment and financing system and economic development-related policies; urban employment institution and social security system .
