Robert Dorion has more than 25 years of experience in appraisal and has been particularly focussed in integrating technologies as GIS and statistical analysis for the purpose of solving real estate issues. Robert has the responsibility for assessing over 70 municipalities and local government in Quebec. His expertise has been used in other part of Canada and United States. Altus has developed AVM solutions that are both used in combined assessment, realtors and finance environments. Robert has also been a professor of real estate appraisals at Laval University since 1999. He has written several articles and has been invited as a guest speaker in many professional and real estate convention conferences and meetings.
